|
Gwynne has extensive line management and project management experience across a range of management functions. He has experience of change and growth strategies, KPI instigation and management, customer relationship development, contract and supply chain management. Market sector experience includes FMCG, DIY, Health and Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, White Goods, Food, Beers, Wines and Spirits, Toys and Games, Publishing and Media. His expertise is in warehouse design, transport and warehouse operations, Supply Chain Strategy and Activity Based Costing. He works with Third-party Logistics companies to reply to Invitations to Tender, calculating manpower, facility and equipment requirements. He also works with Own Account companies to produce, manage and evaluate Invitations to Tender. Gwynne has worked for companies including Dawson Group, Lane Group, Royal Nedlloyd, Danzas and DHL and has lectured in Supply Chain and Operations Management at the University of the West of England and the University of Warwick. He has over 20 years experience in Logistics. He is a member of the Outsourcing and Procurement Forum at the CILT and a Full Member of the Institute of Management Consultancy. He is also an external marker for the CILT. He has worked with and managed contracts for, amongst others, Dyson Appliances, LG Electronics, Miele, Oxford University Press, BMW, Little Tikes, The Really Useful Group, Crabtree and Evelyn, William Levene Ltd, Dictaphone, Glaxo and Nokia. |
