Burman Associates provide warehouse management consultancy. Our services include consultant and team leader support, coaching and training. We find the person with the experience to assist you in designing, improving or controlling a warehouse. Furthermore, we can help you evaluate the economics of whether or not a warehouse is needed, and if so, where it should be and of what capacity. Inventory control is perhaps the most powerful tool for containing warehousing costs, and here also Burman can be of invaluable help. Warehouse location, warehouse capacity, picking systems, choice of materials handling methods and warehouse management software are all matters in which our clients may from time to time require a suitable project leader or an analyst to arrive at the best solution quickly.
